If your Next Level Fall Protection Self-Retracting Lifeline is in need of service, call 1-888-771-5126 and a customer service representative will guide you thru the process. Also if you prefer you may fill out the form below and a customer service representative will contact you. Next Level Fall Protection will only accept repairs that have been issued a Repair Service Authorization Number that you can obtain by either calling Next Level Fall Protection or filling the form out below. Next Level offers a Flat Fee of $99.00 for any repair service (not including shipping and applicable taxes).
