Shipping Details

Free shipping applies to all products. Free 2 business day shipping to all locations east of the Mississippi (excludes PO Boxes).
Some orders shipped using “free ground shipping” may arrive the next day, if the location is close to Pittsburgh.
Shipping transit times depend on the distance from Pittsburgh, PA.
Call 1-888-771-5126 with any questions regarding delivery times. We will try our best to meet your needs.
All orders placed by 2 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday excluding weekends & holidays will be processed the same day
Next Level Fall Protection accepts order for shipment within the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii Shipments.
Next Level Fall Protection does NOT accept international orders this includes Canada & Mexico.
Next Level Fall Protection does NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
Most orders are shipped using FedEx ground which usually will arrive sooner than if shipped using UPS ground.
FedEx does not consider Saturdays and Sundays as “days”.

Expedited Shipping.

Orders Placed by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday excluding weekends & holidays will be processed the same day.
Orders placed between 2:00 pm EST and 5:00 pm may be processed the same day. Call 1-888-771-5126 to verify.
Orders placed Saturday before 12:00 noon may be processed the same day; call 1-888-771-5126 to verify.
Any expedited Shipping charges for Next Day, Expedited Two day etc. delivery will be made available and at the customers expense.
FedEx does not count Saturdays and Sundays as “days”. For example an order shipped using FedEx “2 Day” on Friday will be scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, an order shipped using FedEx “2 Day” on Thursday will be scheduled to arrive on Monday and an order shipped on Friday using FedEx “Overnight” will be scheduled to arrive on Monday.
